Diagnosis
Flagellum very short, 1.8X as long as pedicel; vertex strongly reticulate but appearing membranous, shriveled in dried specimens; marginal fringe in fore wing long, almost as long as width of wing ; scutellum with 1-2 pair of setae; submarginal vein in fore wing with one seta, close to parastigma; fore wing speculum open below; setae on fore wing surface short.
